Montana expectations

Mailings: You will receive an informational packet a few months prior to the program. The packet will include program and area information as well as maps, airline information, driving directions, proposed program schedule, health form, travel form, waiver (if program requirement) reading list, accommodation information and area activities not included in the program for those coming a few days early or staying late.

Opening Night Orientation: The first night of the program (arrival night) you will be greeted with an orientation, complete with a meet and greet for the group, and an overview of the programs. Dinner to follow.

Weather & Dress: Weather in the Montana can be unpredictable. Please check the local forecast at www.weather.com or on our BHEI area information page before you arrive. We recommend dressing casual, comfortable and in layers. Weather can range from hot days to chilly nights throughout the season.

Health Form: You will receive a mailing that includes a Health and Travel Form. Please return this as soon as possible to the address on the top of the form, so that we can better assist you with health concerns or dietary restraints (i.e. food allergies, diabetic or vegetarian restrictions). If you cannot find your health form, please call our office at (605) 721-4007. This information is essential for you to participate in the program. Call us if you have any pressing health concerns or questions.
